Julie Eldridge is a highly trained aesthetic nurse with a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and natural results. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UMass Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 and brings seven years of critical care nursing experience to her aesthetic practice. For over six years, Julie has specialized in medical aesthetics, combining advanced clinical knowledge with an artistic eye.
Julie received her neurotoxin and skincare certification from the Aesthetics Institute of Massachusetts and practices under the medical supervision of Howard Kesselman, MD. Her approach is rooted in education, transparency, and personalization—ensuring each treatment plan aligns with her patients’unique features and aesthetic goals.
Known for her conservative, results-driven philosophy, Julie prioritizes safety, comfort, and patient satisfaction above all else. She believes the best outcomes come from open, honest conversations and a customized approach that enhances natural beauty while maintaining balance and harmony.

With a distinguished career in medicine, Dr. Kesselman graduated from Yale University School of Medicine in 1989 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His diverse background spans several medical specialties, including Aesthetics, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology. Dr. Kesselman’s extensive experience allows him to approach patient care with a comprehensive and holistic perspective, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in all treatments. His passion for aesthetics, combined with his broad medical expertise, makes him uniquely qualified to oversee our medical practices and deliver the best possible care to our clients.
